Hesen Mihemed Sûre Mihemed, known by the name (Dr Hesen Sûr). In 1985, as a physician, he established a relationship with the ranks of the Kurdistan Peshmerga forces of the Kurdistan Democratic Party. In the years 1990 - 1991, before the uprising in South Kurdistan, he carried out several special missions for President Masoud Barzani for several personalities in the areas of Soran, Shaqlawa, Pirmam, Haji Omeran, and Khalifan within the borders of Erbil province. In 1993, he was the official in charge of the Ranya branch committee of the Kurdistan Democratic Party. In 1999, he was elected by the congress delegates as a reserve member of the central committee of the Kurdistan Democratic Party at the twelfth congress, in the ninth rank. In 2009, on the list of the Kurdistan Democratic Party, he became a member of the Kurdistan National Council (Kurdistan Parliament).
Biography
Hesen Mihemed Sûre Mihemed, known by the name (Dr Hesen Sûr). He was born in 1955 in the city of Sulaymaniyah. In 1982, he graduated from the College of Medicine at the University of Mosul and is proficient in Kurdish, Arabic, and English languages.
Work History
Hesen Mihemed Sûre, in 1985, as a physician, established a relationship with the ranks of the Kurdistan Peshmerga forces of the Kurdistan Democratic Party. In 1986, he was a member of the Qaladiza district committee affiliated with the fourth branch committee of the Kurdistan Democratic Party. In the years (1990 - 1991), before the uprising in South Kurdistan, he carried out several special missions for President Masoud Barzani for several personalities in the areas of Soran, Shaqlawa, Pirmam, Haji Omeran, and Khalifan within the borders of Erbil province with the aim of supporting the uprising; some of them were for Anwar Beg Betwata, Osman Beg Mirani Shaqlawa, Said Agha Shetne, and Sheikh Shush Nehri with the aim of supporting the Kurdistan Peshmerga forces for the uprising in South Kurdistan against the regime of Saddam Hussein (1938 - 2002), known as Saddam Tikriti, President of Iraq. In 1991, he was the official in charge of the Qaladiza district committee affiliated with the fourth branch committee of the Kurdistan Democratic Party. In 1993, he was the official in charge of the Ranya branch committee of the Kurdistan Democratic Party ـ He was a member of the Inspection and Oversight Committee of the Kurdistan Democratic Party ـ He was a hospital director; in the years (1992 - 1997) he was the Director General of Health in the Kurdistan Regional Government. In 1999, he was elected by the congress delegates as a reserve member of the central committee of the Kurdistan Democratic Party at the twelfth congress, in the ninth rank. In 2003, he was appointed as the Deputy Head of the Ranya Branch Committee.
On Thursday, April 24, 2003, he published articles in the newspaper Birayati, the organ of the Kurdistan Democratic Party. In 2003, he was appointed as the Deputy Head of the Kirkuk Branch Committee of the Kurdistan Democratic Party. In 2004, he was appointed for the second time as the head of the Ranya branch committee of the Kurdistan Democratic Party. In 2009, he was a candidate on the Kurdistan list for the election process of July 25, 2009, for the Kurdistan National Council. In 2009, on the list of the Kurdistan Democratic Party, he became a member of the Kurdistan National Council (third term). In 2009, in the third term of the Kurdistan National Council, he was elected by the representatives as Deputy Speaker of the Kurdistan National Council. On October 6, 2009, he became a member of the Health and Environment Committee in the Kurdistan National Council (third term). On October 6, 2009, he became a member of the Relations, Culture, Media, and Antiquities Committee in the Kurdistan National Council (third term). In the years (2009 - 2013), he was a member of the Health and Environment Committee of the Kurdistan National Council. In 2010, he was a delegate to the thirteenth congress of the Kurdistan Democratic Party in the city of Erbil. On February 15, 2012, he was elected by the representatives as Deputy Speaker of the Kurdistan National Council in the (third term).
