Yadullah informed us from Baghdad via a telegram through Farhad that the government intends to carry out an attack on the Rawanduz area and from different directions. We rule that out at the present time, and despite that, we informed Idris and the other officials to take what is necessary for emergencies, and we inquired from the brothers about their information regarding the subject.
