The nearby outposts were committing many acts of aggression against innocent poor people and started shelling and firing around themselves. This caused the burning of the poor people's crops and the killing of several pack animals in the village of (Hawlan). We were forced to send a sabotage detachment to discipline them. In the evenings, the soldiers would return to the camp and come back to the outposts in the morning. Our detachment was able, on the night of 7/21-22, to plant several mines inside the outpost and its surroundings. At 6:05 in the morning, they returned to the outpost, and suddenly the mines exploded under their feet. A fire rose, and the outpost caught fire, and several soldiers who were inside were all burned along with their weapons. We inform you of the enemy's losses; this is the result of aggression and oppression against innocent poor people.
