The villages are very devastated; work and roads must be provided for them. We have great hope in the Excellency Ahmed Hassan al-Bakr and your high endeavor that the people of Iraq will always be victorious and imperialism will be defeated. May the brotherhood of the Kurd, Arab, and other minorities be further strengthened. By the grace of God, your endeavor, and the blood of the martyrs of the Kurdish nation, this happy day has come and the unity of Arab and Kurd has been achieved.
