Your telegram 1 on 4/20. We thank you for your appreciation. Cooperation is a national duty imposed by the public interest on all of us to serve our country. We hope that your efforts will be crowned with complete success in implementing the decisions of 4/3. To block the paths before the activities of the saboteurs who have nothing but to stir up strife and chaos and create problems for the loss of stability, as happened recently in the Erbil region, for if it were not for the cooperation of the sincere ones from both sides and their accurate assessment of the circumstances of Iraq, the problem would have almost developed according to their selfish whims. We are always ready to cooperate for the sake of the supreme interest of the country. We have instructed all our officials to implement what was mentioned in your telegram above.
