My 9th Force, along with Kak Aziz Qadi, are 230 Peshmerga. Osman Khayat's group of 103 people have joined, and they were added to the 9th Force, and Sheikh Jafar's group are 200 people. Sheikh Jafar is independently supervising them. Please issue an order for their provisions in the area of their Peshmerga administration. Whatever you deem appropriate in terms of organization, it is your command.
