Your telegram 108 on 8/15, according to the telephone calls that took place this afternoon with the gentlemen, the Prime Minister, the Minister of Northern Affairs, the R.A.J, and the Commander of the 2nd Division, they informed us that the withdrawal of military units in Bastana to a further place has begun. The withdrawal of both parties is taking place at the same time, and the ministerial committee will attend tomorrow or Thursday in Erbil to address the problems in light of the decisions of 4/3. Please inform us of the time of our group's withdrawal to inform the military authorities of the withdrawal at the same time. We hope to instruct all regions to be patient, exercise self-restraint, and not to take any action that would worsen the situation. We hope that the Commander of the 2nd Division will issue orders to the units upon their withdrawal to try to minimize damage to crops and others as much as possible. Inform us.
