Begerd Rasul Ahmad was born on 15 March 1967 in the city of Qaladze, Sulaymaniyah Governorate. He was martyred on 24 April 1974 due to the bombing by Iraqi Army aircraft of the city of Qaladze. He was buried in the Darwaza Cemetery of Qaladze.
