Chawshin Hamin Faqe was born in 1969 in the Piran subdistrict, belonging to the Mergasor district of Erbil Governorate. He was married and had four children.
In 1991, he took part in the popular uprising of Kurdistan against the Iraqi government. In the same year, he joined the Peshmerga Forces of the Kurdistan Democratic Party and became a Peshmerga with Musa Gerdi. He took part in several battles defending the supremacy of law.

In 1997, he was martyred at Bardnazi in the Haji Omran subdistrict by PKK militants and was buried in the Piran district cemetery.
