Fakhriya Mirza Hasan Jaafar was born on July 1, 1935, in Qaladze, Sulaymaniyah Governorate, studied through primary school, and was martyred on April 24, 1974, because Iraqi Army aircraft bombed Qaladze. She was buried in the cemetery at the gate of Qaladze.
