In 1965, in Haji Omaran, he met Mustafa Barzani and joined the Peshmerga forces of the Aylul Revolution and became a Peshmerga in the 3rd Battalion of the Balak Force under the command of Mullah Amin. Due to his competence and bravery, he was soon made a Head of Branch. He participated in most of the battles of the Rawanduz and Diana regions. In 1974, during the attack of the Iraqi Army on Mount Korak towards Bekhal and the city of Rawanduz, he was martyred as a result of an unprecedented defense. The Peshmerga rescued his body from the hands of the Iraqi Army soldiers and took it to the village of Faqyan, where he was buried.
