Salih Ahmed Sabir was born on 1 July 1957 in Qaladize city, Sulaymaniyah province. He was a preparatory-stage student. On 24 April 1974, he was martyred due to bombardment by Iraqi Army aircraft over Qaladize city. He was buried in the Gate Cemetery of Qaladize city.
