In the year 1961, he became a member of the Kurdistan Students Union, in the year 1964 he became the person responsible for the Koya Students Regional Committee, until 1968 at the University of Baghdad, he was a prominent cadre of Kurdistan Democratic Party , in 1970 at the Sixth Congress of the Students Union, he was elected as a member of the Kurdistan Students Secretariat, and at the same time, he was an administrator of the Blesa organization in Branch 5 of the Party in the city of Baghdad. In 1972, he finished the College of Arts at the University of Baghdad. In 1972, at the 7th Congress of the Kurdistan Students Union, he received the first vote. After finishing the College of Arts, he served one year of military service in the Iraqi Army at the request of the Party's Political Bureau. After the year 1973, he became a Peshmerga in the Balakayati border and was appointed as the person responsible for the protection of Rawanduz. For a while, he was in the Kawa force, where he was also responsible for protection. After the collapse of the Aylul Revolution in the year 1975, he became a refugee in the country of Iran. He returned to Iraq for a period of five (5) years, he was exiled to Samawa in southern Iraq. 1980 - 1981, he once again established a relationship with the Gulan Revolution and was appointed as a regional administrator, later he was made the person responsible for the Khoshnaweti region. After the 1991 uprising, by the order of His Excellency President Masoud Barzani he became the person responsible for the Erbil region until approximately the May 19, 1992 election of the Kurdistan Parliament. At that time, he became the person responsible for election security. After the first session of the Kurdistan Parliament, he became the first person responsible for Erbil security. After the Duhok explosion, he became the person responsible for Duhok security for a period of 6 months. By the order of His Excellency the President, he became the person responsible for the protection of Branch 11 until the time of his retirement, he was retired with the rank of Major General.
